Allendale, NJ— 2/24/2020 — Today, attorney and UAS policy expert Dawn Zoldi joins ULTRA

as a senior advisor to the Board of Trustees.


Dawn Zoldi (Colonel, USAF, Retired) is a licensed attorney, a 25-year Air Force veteran and the founder and CEO of P3 Tech Consulting, connecting people and their advanced tech platforms with full spectrum policy-relevant information. Ms. Zoldi was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1992 and commissioned through direct appointment in the United States Air Force in July 1993. She is an internationally recognized expert on unmanned aircraft system law and policy, and a recipient of the Woman to Watch in UAS (Leadership) Award 2019.


“Ms. Zoldi’s legal and policy background working at the highest levels of the Air Force bring a level of intricate knowledge of navigating complex operational, legal and political environments. Her experience is of great value to any organization and we welcome her contributions to ULTRA’s positions on UAS/UAM applications.” said Raymond Adams, Executive Director at the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association.

Urban Low Altitude Transport Association (ULTRA) Welcomes

Security and Intelligence Expert Travis Moran as a Senior Advisor.


Allendale, NJ— 2/3/2020 Today, security and intelligence expert Travis Moran graciously accepted a role as a senior advisor to the Board at the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association.


“Travis began his federal law enforcement career with the U.S. National Central Bureau – Interpol, before transitioning to the U.S. Department of State and then ultimately the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) where he spent his last 15 years before advising commercial entities on physical security and intelligence matters – to include drones. The addition of Travis to our team of experts adds to our depth of experience in the vital security area. We welcome his expertise and look forward to his input on ULTRA’s positions regarding security and privacy.” said Raymond Adams, Executive Director at the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association.
