Urban Low Altitude Transport Association (ULTRA) Welcomes

Security and Intelligence Expert Travis Moran as a Senior Advisor.

Allendale, NJ— 2/3/2020 — Today, security and intelligence expert Travis Moran graciously accepted a role as a senior advisor to the Board at the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association.

“Travis began his federal law enforcement career with the U.S. National Central Bureau – Interpol, before transitioning to the U.S. Department of State and then ultimately the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) where he spent his last 15 years before advising commercial entities on physical security and intelligence matters – to include drones. The addition of Travis to our team of experts adds to our depth of experience in the vital security area. We welcome his expertise and look forward to his input on ULTRA’s positions regarding security and privacy.” said Raymond Adams, Executive Director at the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association.

Ron Leach, Vice Chairman of ULTRA said, “As the industry matures, protecting the safety and security of people and infrastructure will be a large part of gaining public acceptance of the technologies. We must look at these issues in depth and ensure our regulatory policy in this area is sound.”

Founded in 2020, the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association is a New Jersey based nonprofit corporation supporting Urban Air Mobility in metropolitan areas.
